Village City Abadi is looking for an experienced Assistant Team Leader to join our team in Depok. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities. Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities,Support the Team Leader in developing and implementing team strategies,Monitor team performance and provide feedback,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution,Assist in training and development of team members,Handle team logistics and administrative tasks,Maintain a positive and productive team environment,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field,Minimum 3 years of experience in team management or leadership roles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
