• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and preferences, and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Work with the marketing team to align merchandising activities with broader brand campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to continuously improve merchandising strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and industry standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in merchandising and retail.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team on merchandising activities and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
