📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card transactions securely and promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor cash drawer balance and report any discrepancies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, particularly in using point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Good mathematical skills for accurate change calculations.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
