CV Astrid Jaya is seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Cilegon and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the construction of various civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.,Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to construction teams to ensure that projects are completed according to plan.,Prepare and submit technical reports, drawings, and other documentation to clients and regulatory authorities.,Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed successfully.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in civil engineering and industry best practices.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.,Manage and maintain project documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction and project management.,Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
