Nusantara Automotive is looking for a skilled Production Operator to join our team. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.,Inspect finished products for quality control.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and increase productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with production machinery and equipment.,Understanding of quality control processes.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Strong communication and problem-solving skills.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

🛠️ Keahlian
