📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the operation of the retail store, including stock management and inventory control.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Assist in the organization and preparation of displays and merchandise.,Work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Assist in the maintenance of the store's cleanliness and presentation.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
