📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of patients and staff.,Maintain and inspect all vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Plan and optimize routes to ensure the most efficient use of time and resources.,Ensure all drivers adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to meet transportation needs.,Handle and resolve any transportation-related issues or complaints.,Ensure all documentation related to vehicle maintenance and usage is up to date and accurate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver or in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of drivers.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Ability to plan and optimize routes efficiently.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with healthcare transportation regulations and requirements.
