• Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain a culture that aligns with the company's mission and values.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Organize team-building activities and workshops to enhance team cohesion and productivity.
• Utilize HR software such as Workday and BambooHR to manage HR processes efficiently.
• Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
• Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain culture-building programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, with a proven track record in managing HR functions.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR software and tools, including Workday and BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
