📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the safe and efficient berthing, unberthing, and mooring of vessels at the port
• Coordinate with vessel crews, tugboat operators, and other port personnel to ensure smooth port operations
• Monitor vessel traffic and implement safety measures to prevent collisions and groundings
• Conduct regular inspections of port facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Develop and implement port improvement projects to enhance efficiency and safety
• Maintain accurate records of port activities and incidents
• Provide technical support to vessel crews and other port personnel
• Participate in emergency response drills and preparedness activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in port engineering or a similar role
• Certification as a Port Engineer or equivalent qualification
• Familiarity with port management systems, vessel traffic management systems, and other relevant software
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a maritime security permit
