🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively,Experience in a similar role within the electronics industry is a plus,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
