📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Manage the payroll process, including processing salaries, taxes, and benefits.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
