📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries accurately and promptly.,Check patients in and out, and assist with scheduling appointments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits and interactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.,Handle and resolve complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.,Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all patients and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk reception or a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic administrative tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage a high volume of calls and visitors.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and procedures is a plus.,Valid SIM card and a clean driving record for business travel.
