📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute daily menu plans in collaboration with the Head Chef.,Supervise and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.,Maintain accurate inventory and ordering systems for kitchen supplies.,Monitor food costs and contribute to budgeting and financial planning.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
