📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Assist in kitchen maintenance and cleanliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work as part of a team and lead others.
