📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and strategic planning.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development initiatives.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on business development activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of market research, industry analysis, and strategic planning.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
