📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Operate fuel pumps and dispense fuel to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel station
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining high service standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or fuel pump attendant role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate fuel pumps
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with excellent communication skills
