📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
