📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
