📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and effective.
  • Assess the training needs of employees and develop customized training programs to address those needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
  • Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant attendance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior training officers to ensure they are performing at their best.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
  • Experience in conducting training in Indonesian is a plus.
