📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of company operations, including logistics, production, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
