As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that the outlet is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotions, sales events, and other marketing activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer information.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.,Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed in the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to work remote hours and travel to the outlet as needed.
