📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and attractive dining environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure exceptional customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in marketing and sales is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
