📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
