📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
