📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.,Manage and lead a team of F&B staff, providing training, coaching, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering processes to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of food and beverage services.,Participate in regular meetings and contribute to the development of the F&B department's strategic plan.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations in a luxury setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control processes.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
