📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of the students.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of learning and encourages students to reach their full potential.,Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to help students improve and achieve their goals.,Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive education for our students.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices, and incorporate new teaching methods and technologies into the classroom.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Participate in school-wide events and activities, and represent the school in the community as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire students.,Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,A passion for teaching and a commitment to the growth and development of students.
