Daily, you'll oversee a team of cleaners, assigning tasks, and ensuring they adhere to our strict cleaning protocols. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering when necessary, and ensuring our facilities are always stocked and ready for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
• Assign tasks to the cleaning team, ensuring efficient and effective completion of all cleaning tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering when necessary.
• Ensure all cleaning protocols and procedures are followed, and that the team is trained and certified in their roles.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, setting a positive example for the team.
• Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the safety of the team and the facilities, reporting any hazards immediately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning and maintenance industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of cleaners.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, equipment, and supplies.
• Experience with cleaning software and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Certification in cleaning and maintenance operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
