We are seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Kuta, Badung. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the expansion of our J2O clinic channel, a growing segment in Bali's healthcare market. You will be responsible for onboarding new clinic partners, managing key accounts, and accelerating revenue growth.
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of medical devices and healthcare services to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about healthcare and wants to make a significant impact in Bali's healthcare landscape.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Onboard and manage new clinic partners in Bali's healthcare market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Present and promote Cactus Life's medical devices and services to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and build relationships.
- Provide technical support and training to clinic staff on the use of medical devices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices and healthcare services.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
