As an Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including network design, server management, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity. With a salary range of IDR 50,000,000 - 80,000,000 per month, this role offers competitive compensation and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of infrastructure engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee network design, server management, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect our systems and data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive business growth.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong background in network design, server management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are a plus.
• Proficient in using infrastructure management tools such as SolarWinds, VMware, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
