📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of dough and mixing ingredients for bread and pastries.
• Bake bread and pastries using various baking techniques and equipment.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in the quality of baked goods.
• Assist in the decoration and presentation of baked goods for sale.
• Ensure the bakery is clean and well-organized, following health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain and clean baking equipment and utensils.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with orders and answering questions about our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food service environment.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
